Camano Cade W

Camano Cade W has a distinctly painterly streak, and she brings the sort of patterning that photographs never quite capture the same way twice. Pink/white picotee, with narrow, slightly incurved petals arranged in a clean star-like form.

Bloomed at Hedge & Alchemy in our 2026 garden.

📖 From the journal of Hedge & Alchemy

I’m growing this one for my nephew Cayden! The color is incredibly hard to capture on camera because photos make it look brighter and more saturated than it really is. Stunning form and a flower that absolutely stands out in the garden.

🌸 In the Garden

• Bloom: Blooms are reported at approximately 2 inches. The stellar flowers are described as pink/white picotee, with narrow, slightly incurved petals arranged in a clean star-like form.
• Plant Height & Habit: Mature height is still being tracked at Hedge & Alchemy. Expect an upright, branching dahlia habit and provide staking as needed for wind exposure and flower weight.
• Growing Notes: Pinch early for branching and give solid support once the plant is carrying flowers.
• Tuber Yield: High-interest/collector variety; prioritize tuber production tracking.
