Mary Munns brings softness without disappearing, and she can act as either a focal bloom or a beautiful bridge flower depending on the arrangement. Lavender with small, densely rolled petals arranged into a precise sphere.
๐ฏ๏ธ History & Preservation
Introduced in 1928 by H. C. Haake, Mary Munns has survived almost a century of changing dahlia fashions. I love growing these older cultivars not only for their beauty, but because every healthy clump is another chance to keep them in circulation for the next generation.
