Thank you for shopping with Hedge & Alchemy! We're a tiny micro flower farm and creative studio based at Ravensong Cottage in Middletown, Pennsylvania.

Our shop offers both garden-grown products and made-to-order Art & Gifts. Because these items are prepared and fulfilled differently, processing times, shipping methods, and delivery schedules may vary.

1. Art & Gifts Shipping

Production & Processing Times

Most products in our Art & Gifts collection, including apparel, accessories, mugs, calendars, and stationery, are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days before an item ships, although times vary by product and print provider.

Production times do not include shipping transit time. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Domestic U.S. shipping typically takes approximately 2–5 business days after production, depending on the product, print provider, destination, and carrier.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Some products are manufactured by different print providers or at different facilities.

If you purchase multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking information and delivery date.

Separate shipping charges may apply when items are fulfilled from different locations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available delivery methods.

Shipping rates may vary between apparel, accessories, calendars, stationery, and other product categories.

Any available shipping promotions or discounts will be displayed at checkout.

2. Dahlia Tubers & Garden Products

Seasonal Shipping

Dahlia tubers and other living planting material are seasonal products and are shipped directly from Hedge & Alchemy in Pennsylvania.

Our first limited dahlia tuber releases may begin in 2027, depending on the garden's harvest and available inventory.

Dahlia tuber shipping is expected to take place during spring, generally between March and May, subject to weather conditions, destination, and tuber readiness.

Exact shipping windows will be announced when tuber sales become available.

Weather & Plant Safety

We carefully consider weather conditions when shipping living plant material.

Orders may be held temporarily during freezing temperatures, extreme heat, severe weather, or other conditions that could compromise plant health during transit.

Shipping dates are estimates and may change when necessary to protect the plants.

Packaging

Tubers and other garden-grown products will be inspected, labeled, and carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

We primarily anticipate using USPS for our garden shipments, although other carriers may be used when appropriate.

Shipping Restrictions

Dahlia tubers, corms, plants, and other agricultural products may be subject to federal and state shipping restrictions.

We currently plan to ship living planting material within the contiguous United States, where legally permitted.

Certain destinations may be excluded due to agricultural regulations or shipping conditions.

If we cannot legally or safely fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Other Garden Offerings

Seeds, dried flowers, botanical creations, and other seasonal products fulfilled directly by Hedge & Alchemy may have different processing times and shipping requirements.

Any product-specific shipping details will be provided on the applicable listing or at checkout.

3. Orders Containing Multiple Product Types

If your order includes both Art & Gifts and garden-grown products, the items will be fulfilled separately.

Printify products ship directly from our production partners, while garden products ship from Hedge & Alchemy.

You may receive multiple packages, tracking numbers, and delivery notifications.

Shipping charges for different product groups may be combined at checkout.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.

International shipping for select Art & Gifts products may become available where supported by our fulfillment partners and enabled at checkout.

International shipping is not currently planned for living plant material.

Where international orders are accepted, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Available destinations and shipping charges will be confirmed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label is created.

For Printify-fulfilled products, you may also receive a post-delivery email through Printify Connect, providing access to your order details and support options.

These emails may come from customer@trackorder.site, with Hedge & Alchemy displayed as the store name.

6. Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hedge.and.alchemy@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, we generally cannot modify its destination.

Additional shipping or replacement charges may apply when packages are returned, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Art & Gifts

If a Printify-fulfilled order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue through the Report a problem option in your Printify Connect order details.

Eligible damage or defect claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

For packages that appear lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate and coordinate with our fulfillment partner.

Dahlia Tubers & Garden Products

Please inspect living planting material promptly upon delivery.

If your tubers or other garden products arrive damaged or appear nonviable, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

We will review the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Carrier Delays

We cannot guarantee delivery dates or prevent delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking and investigating delayed or missing shipments.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Art & Gifts

Because most Art & Gifts products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.

Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations generally cannot be accommodated.

Dahlia Tubers & Garden Products

Cancellation requests for dahlia tuber orders should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before fulfillment begins.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared.
