White Fawn

White Fawn leans romantic rather than flashy, and she brings a lovely softness to both the border and the vase. Creamy white, with neatly arranged, fully double petals and a polished geometric profile.

Bloomed at Hedge & Alchemy in our 2026 garden.

A compact plant with lots of blooms and shorter stems.

🕯️ History & Preservation

White Fawn is a 1942 American heirloom and was already earning trial-garden recognition before her formal introduction. She has been gracing gardens for more than eight decades. Preserving varieties like this is part of why I collect: I want these old flowers to have a future as well as a past.
