Pippi

Pippi is anything but miniature. She produces substantial 4 to 5-inch blooms with an open, starry silhouette, pointed petals, and a warm orange-pink color story that seems to glow against the foliage. Her looser geometry gives her movement and personality rather than the tight symmetry of a ball dahlia.

Bloomed at Hedge & Alchemy in our 2026 garden.

📖 From the journal of Hedge & Alchemy

I’m growing her in honor of my dachshund Pippi. I didn’t expect to love this flower as much as I do. The colors sound like they might clash on paper, but in person she absolutely glows.
